The Holland Hotel has the Edelweiss Restaurant and the Rio Grande Room – the most elegant private function room in the Big Bend area.

These and other special rooms accommodate groups from two to two hundred persons for various functions including weddings, seminars, family gatherings and the like. The phone number for the restaurant is 432-837-9454.

Since we have the best food in town, we do a lot of catering. Our catering menu features traditional as well as innovative choices and has received accolades in numerous publications both at the state and national level.
